Team Viewer is a Web 2.0 program that allows users to connect to each other’s personal computers, via internet, and control his/her screen. Team Viewer also provides more features such as video calling and voice transmission. In addition, this program allows users to transfer files from one PC to another. Besides that, this program allows the user to display his/her screen to the other user, and for example explain how to create a WordPress blog or a Facebook account, or maybe demonstrate his/her skills in photo editing.

This program offers a wide variety of options that users can make good use of. Also, the high security that revolves around the usage of this program is one of the main advantages it has. Both users must agree before any connection can take place, and upon disconnecting, the users’ password is reset, for additional security purposes. The program is very user-friendly, and there is no need for professional training in order to use it.
